Melbourne-based somatic sexologist and educator, helping people explore, embrace, and enjoy their sexuality at every stage of life.

Sessions

Sessions run for one hour and include a mix of counselling, sexuality education, and somatic practices to enhance sexual well-being at every stage of life.

This work is best suited to folks who are willing and ready to explore themselves and grow up and out of unhelpful doing patterns. If you are experiencing any of the following sexual issues then you’re in the right place:

  • Changes to sexual desire and mismatched desire in relationships.

  • Difficulty maintaining or regulating sexual arousal

  • Orgasm difficulty including delayed or rapid orgasms

  • Painful sex and pelvic pain

  • Low sexual self-esteem, sexual shame and inhibition

  • Difficulty communicating about sex

  • Performance anxiety and fear of sex

  • Sexual boredom

  • Sexual and gender identity issues

My work is client-led, trauma-informed and inclusive of cultural, gender, and sexual diversity. I attend professional supervision fortnightly to ensure my work is ethical and informed, and I am a proud member of the Society of Australian Sexologists and the Somatic Sex Educators Associations of Australasia.

About

My practice combines somatics (focusing awareness through the body), with sexology (the scientific study of human sexuality), which enables me to develop meaningful and tailored treatment options for my clients.

My therapy sessions are a curious and mindful exploration of what’s happening in the body, the mind, the heart and the context in which people live and relate. As people’s experiences of sex and intimacy vary, so too will our sessions. Some days might feel informative and playful as we explore the science of sex using a range of educational props and drawing on key concepts and theory. Other days may require deeper exploration and processing.

No matter what comes up, your safety is my main priority and our work is guided by what feels relevant and accessible for you.

In addition to my clinical practice, I love developing and sharing sex-ed content for a range of media and private events. I am available for in-person and online presentations, tailoring educational content to meet your needs. Please contact me if you’d like to collaborate.
