Sex-Ed beyond the Therapy Room
Comprehensive sexuality education breaks down shame and stigma, fostering healthier attitudes toward sex.
Studies show sexuality education improves communication, boosts sexual well-being, and creates more supportive health environments. Knowledge is power and helps us navigate sexual health with confidence and ease.

Depending on specific needs or interest areas, I create tailored workshops to spark awareness and understanding. From leading discussions on sexual health in community groups to delivering engaging content for university students.
