Hi, I’m Meg.

I’m a warm, approachable sexologist who loves challenging unrealistic expectations about sex.

I love creating spaces where people can explore their unique path to sexual pleasure, connection, and intimacy.

I believe that most sexual struggles stem from oppressive narratives we are taught to follow, not from any lack within ourselves. Watching people rewrite their stories about sexuality is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My background in Public Health and Health Promotion gave me a deep understanding of how society, culture, and inequality can shape sexual health. This perspective informs my approach, helping me to clients develop self-compassion and recognize that their struggles are often influenced by forces beyond their control.

My work is deeply influenced by my training with the Institute of Somatic Sexology, which was, honestly, life-changing. Learning to connect with and listen to my body helped me overcome my own sexual shame, expand my sense pleasure, and completely redefine sex. I believe our bodies hold many of the answers—we just notice and and allow it’s messages.

As a proud ADHDer, I credit my neurodiversity for the energy, creativity, and enthusiasm I bring to sessions. It helps me think outside the box, spot patterns in thoughts and behaviors, and uncover growth opportunities.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening, boot-scootin’, cooking, enjoying pilates, spending time with loved ones and begging my cat for cuddles.
