  • This varies depending on your concerns, goals and capacity to implement new strategies.

  • We’ll meet in-person or via Telehealth and in the initial sessions, I will be working with you to get a good understanding of your concerns and goals. In subsequent sessions, we will focus on topics and themes that feel important for you, and I can offer guidance as needed. There may be some ‘homework’ suggested at the end of each appointment.

  • My practice is grounded in consent and respect. Our work is an ongoing collaboration, and we will develop strategies that feel meaningful and useful for you. Growth can feel uncomfortable at times, but you are in control of when and how you step out of the ‘comfort zone’.

  • Somatic sexology focuses on the connection between the body and sexuality. It integrates physical awareness, emotional processing, and sexual health education to help you feel more connected and embodied in your sexual experiences.

  • Yes, I enjoy working with couples. At this stage I do not work with polycules. Couple’s sessions are a safe space to strengthen communication skills, learn new skills together and foster a deeper understanding of one-another.

  • Yes. Individual sessions can provide valuable insights into your behaviour and role in relationships and equip you with skills and confidence to be an agent for change.

  • Unfortunately, Medicare rebates aren’t available for my sexology appointments.

  • No. There is no nudity or physical touch involved in my practice.

  • Both options are effective and depend on your preferences and needs. In-person sessions may feel more immersive, while Telehealth offers convenience. It’s really up to you!
